Chef Liz Gagnon and her crew have over 30 years of full service catering experience from all over the country to the Middle East and back!! The foods and menus are a compilation of Chef Liz Gagnon's career. She has prepared meat and potatoes to vegan entrees as far as the Middle East and home again. She cannot possibly include all the foods that she's prepared over the years, but the catering menu will show you some of her favorites.

When it comes to catering, Liz believes that every event is a personal one. There are no “plug-in” menus or cookie-cutter ideas. Liz believes that each client has a certain idea of their occasion, and she helps to create this through food.
